  4. Responsibility for Shipping Damage: Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the items during return shipping due to insufficient packaging. To ensure that your return is protected, we advise you to securely package the items and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges:
